Hand-picked Šipan carob, dried and finely ground into a powdery texture. The carob has excellent natural sweetness, making it perfect for preparing various desserts. Due to its powdery texture, it is also great as a drink with milk (instead of cocoa), requiring no added sugar (naturally sweet). It’s also great in smoothies, muesli, and yogurt. Rich in fiber, antioxidants, vitamins (A, B, D, E), calcium, potassium, magnesium, and iron.
