Extra virgin olive oil – Piculja (250 ml)

Extra virgin olive oil of superior quality, obtained exclusively through cold extraction. Hand-picked olives at an early stage of ripeness and processed within just a few hours after harvest (10/2024).
This oil has a high density, an intense aroma, and a flavor reminiscent of green olives and leaves. It features medium-intensity bitterness and pronounced spiciness, with notes of ripe tomato and artichoke.
Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature of 14–18°C.
